Between January and August, Dubai’s total room supply reached more than 152 thousand across more than eight hundred plus properties. Luxury hotels accounted for over fifty-four thousand rooms, and the city achieved an average occupancy rate of 78.5 percent. These results confirm Dubai’s position as one of the most dynamic and resilient hospitality markets in the world.
