Michele Prevedello, an internationally renowned chef with over 24 years of an impressive career that encompasses professional culinary experience in Europe, Australia, Asia and Middle east.Growing up in Bassano del Grappa, Italy Chef Prevedello discovered his passion for cooking at an early age though his family and the local culinary offerings of Italy. Eager to learn the culinary arts teachings, Chef Prevedello began his formal culinary education in Italy and started his international journey with more than 20 years leading culineary teams in international and Hyatt hotels.
Chef Prevedello will team up with Park Hyatt Jeddah‘s Executive Chef Ali Ammouch and the culinary team of Nafoura Restaurant at Park Hyatt Jeddah to prepare scrumptious Italian food live cooking stations representing rich Italian authentic dishes and offer a variety of original flavors made from authentic ingredients brought straight from Italy especially for this occasion.
Guests attending this exclusive event “La Cucina Italiana” will be treated to an array of authentic Italian delicacies, each showcasing Chef Michele Prevedello techniques and creativity, from tantalizing appetizers to sumptuous main courses, the menu promises to take diners on a captivating gastronomic journey through Italy ‘s diverse flavors.
La Cucina Italiana will feature two dining options: a delectable dinner and a lavish brunch. The dinner will be available from 13th to 18th November 2023 from 7:00 pm to midnight, priced at 260* SAR per person, it offers an unforgettable evening of fine Italian cuisine. For those who prefer a daytime indulgence, the brunch will be available on 17th November 2023, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, priced at 275* SAR per person.
