The restaurant features a design inspired by luxury yachts, with a sail suspended from the ceiling serving as a distinctive artistic centerpiece that enhances the maritime atmosphere guests experience during their fine dining journey.
You can now discover the flavors of the sea at ” The Seafood Market ” in The Waterfront Kitchen, a restaurant that has won numerous prestigious awards, the latest being the ” Best Buffet Highly Commended ” Award for 2025 presented by Time Out Jeddah magazine.
With a bright view of the stunning Jeddah cornish, enjoy an exceptional seafood dining experience every Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Guests can select their fresh daily catch, including fish, shrimp, lobster, oysters, calamari, and more, and can request the chefs to prepare and cook it in the way they prefer.
You can also enjoy a variety of steamed fresh seafood such as shrimp, lobster, and oysters.
In addition to the live seafood cooking station, there is a grill station offering a selection of freshly grilled meats, as well as another station dedicated to lovers of tandoori and Indian cuisine.
