Taking center stage is the meticulously crafted half-moon bar, crowned with a gleaming gold-trimmed canopy, a symbol of timeless luxury where every detail, from the shimmer of the gold accents to the curated textures of the surroundings, has been thoughtfully orchestrated to elevate the guest experience.

The Tonic Bar menu offers a vibrant collection of signature alcohol-free cocktails, each telling a unique story of flavor and creativity. Highlights include the Mediterranean Whisper, a silky crystal-clear elixir of rectified cucumber water and homemade dill syrup; the Truffle Luxe, a bittersweet fusion of hibiscus, vanilla, and pink grapefruit soda; and the Imperial Sparkle, an aromatic blend of homemade yuzu cordial and Lyre’s sparkling wine.
Guests can also enjoy artisanal tonics such as Elderflower and Cucumber Tonic Water and Lime & Yuzu Tonic Water, or opt for light and refreshing sparkling mocktails like the Rossi-No and Belli-No.
Complementing the beverage experience, a curated menu of elevated bar bites invites guests to savor creations like the Falafel Scotch Egg, the Poached King Prawn Cocktail with lemon and seafood sauce, the indulgent Truffle & Hen Egg Sando, and the Baked French Brie and Rosemary Fondue served with grissini. For a sweet finale, desserts such as the Ganache with Berries and Cocoa or Pierre Hermé pastries from the trolley await.
