Led by our award-winning chocolatier chefs, this masterclass offers an enchanting, behind-the-scenes journey into the world of chocolate making.
Upon arrival, attendees are warmly welcomed by Chef Paul and the COPA Manager, and then whisked away to the Chocolate Room of the hotel to receive their very own chef hat and chef apron personalised with their initials. This unique touch sets the tone for an immersive adventure into the heart of chocolate craftsmanship.
The journey begins with a captivating introduction to the art of chocolate making. Participants will roll up their sleeves and dive into a hands-on session, creating their own chocolate masterpieces under the expert guidance of the resident master chocolatiers.
The experience includes an educational deep dive into the bean-to-bar concept, exploring single-origin cacao beans and their meticulous transformation into gourmet treats. Attendees will then indulge in a tasting session, sampling a variety of artisanal chocolates with unique flavour profiles that pay homage to local traditions.
This one-of-a-kind experience culminates with a visit to COPA for a luxurious treat of pralines and coffee. Participants will leave with their handcrafted chocolates, personalised aprons, and a newfound passion for chocolate artistry.
