Eng. Ahmed Omar, the CEO of ITZAIN, expressed his delight with the signed MoU, highlighting that this agreement was reached after multiple meetings and workshops to assess the demand for the partnership’s solutions in the Saudi market. He added that ITZAIN will provide CRM services to clients, while Digital Planets will offer network security solutions and call center services, according to the signed cooperation agreement. The target is to serve various sectors with a large workforce, including companies, factories, and government bodies. These sectors require a flexible system to effectively manage their work volume and nature. He further emphasized that the industrial sector will be given priority due to its significant impact on the national economy
