The special 10th edition of Dubai Food Festival will host a series of the world’s most talented Chefs for unique collaborations and dining experiences
Dubai Food Festival (DFF), the annual culinary celebration in the Middle East returns for its 10th edition with an impressive line-up of world-renowned chefs as part of their Chefs in Town Programme. Taking place until the 7th of May, foodies from around the world will converge in Dubai to experience the finest gastronomic delights the city has to offer.
The Chefs in Town Programme will bring together award-winning chefs to showcase their signature dishes and cooking techniques. The festival will feature nine Chefs including; Alvin Leung, Eric Chong, Himanshu Saini, Hussain Shahzad, Akmal Anuar, Reif Othman, Russel Impiazzi and Gregoire Berger.
Chinese-Canadian Chef Alvin Leung, also known as the “Demon Chef,” and MasterChef Canada winner Eric Chong will host a Four-Hands dinner experience at Demon Duck in Caesars Palace Bluewaters. The menu will showcase the duo’s unorthodox approach to Asian cooking, featuring signature dishes curated especially for the evening. The event will take place on 4, 5 and 6 May 2023, and tickets are priced at AED520.
Offered across the festival until the 7th of May, 11 Woodfire is offering a specially curated dining experience with a set menu and guided walk-through in the kitchen to showcase the unique gastronomic process of the restaurant. The experiential dining experience is priced at AED 375.
Russel Impiazzi, the Executive Chef at Sofitel, The Obelisk will be offering a special Masterclass for guests to learn the art of making The Nine’s famous Beef Wellington, with an opportunity to take their delicious dish home or alternatively enjoy at the restaurant. The event will take place on May 5th, and tickets are priced at AED 395.
Chef Reif Othman offers kids the chance to learn new cooking skills with a special sushi making Masterclass, as the little are guided to make spicy salmon and crispy ebi sushi from scratch, followed by Chef Adredna teaching the kids how to make their own delicious molten cake dessert. to end on a sweet note. The event will take place on May 5th, and tickets are priced at AED 168.
