Chinese New Year Set Menu
Happening from January 28 until February 3, guests are invited to feast on an exquisite selection of authentic Cantonese dishes with an exciting modern flair. To begin the festive evening, tuck into a mouthwatering dim sum platter brimming with a wide assortment of dim sums including Sichuan Shrimp Dumpling, Black Truffle Vegetables Dumpling, Abalone & Wagyu Puff, and Crispy Sea Urchin & Shrimp Spring Roll. Moving on to the mains, savour Wok-baked Lamb Chop with Onion in Black Pepper Sauce, Dried Scallop Egg Fried Rice, Stir-fried Honey Bean with Baby Corn and many others.
