Samsung Wallet offers users a cutting-edge platform that aligns with the broader goals of Saudi Vision 2030

Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia is thrilled to announce the launch of Samsung Wallet[1], unveiled today during a prestigious event held in Riyadh. 

This milestone event witnessed the esteemed presence of the Deputy Governor of Payments at SAMA Mr. Abdulaziz Abanmi, the President of Samsung Electronics Saudi Arabia Mr. Hendrick Lee, top management representatives from banking institutions, media professionals and prominent journalists.

The highlight of the event was the inaugural Samsung Pay transaction, conducted by Mr. Abanmi, symbolizing a step forward in digital payments. This launch underscores the importance of providing Samsung users with a seamless, secure, and convenient way to handle daily transactions, significantly enhancing their digital lifestyle.

Samsung Wallet offers users a cutting-edge platform that not only simplifies their daily transactions but also aligns with the broader goals of Saudi Vision 2030. Currently, Samsung Wallet is supported by AlRajhi Bank, SAB: Saudi Awwal Bank, Saudi Investment Bank and Bank Aljazira, with plans for expansion to other banks in the near future like Saudi National Bank, urpay and Alinma Bank.

Users will gradually be able to enroll the service on their Galaxy smartphones in the coming days. The payment service is accessible via mobile devices, with upcoming availability on Samsung Galaxy watches.
