From tantalising appetisers to hearty mains and indulgent desserts, the Porto Gina menu is a harmonious blend of simple, yet authentic Italian dishes infused with a modern twist. Signature delights await, featuring Burrata di Capri, Pizza Burrata e Tartufo Nero, Ravioli di Gamberi, Risotto alla Milanese, La Divina Cotoletta Milanese, and Tiramisù.

With a career spanning global kitchens, I now proudly lead the culinary journey at Porto Gina within InterContinental Abu Dhabi.
