Highlights include the Mediterranean Whisper, a silky crystal-clear elixir of rectified cucumber water and homemade dill syrup; the Truffle Luxe, a bittersweet fusion of hibiscus, vanilla, and pink grapefruit soda; and the Imperial Sparkle, an aromatic blend of homemade yuzu cordial and Lyre’s sparkling wine.
Guests can also enjoy artisanal tonics such as Elderflower and Cucumber Tonic Water and Lime & Yuzu Tonic Water, or opt for light and refreshing sparkling mocktails like the Rossi-No and Belli-No.
Complementing the beverage experience, a curated menu of elevated bar bites invites guests to savor creations like the Falafel Scotch Egg, the Poached King Prawn Cocktail with lemon and seafood sauce, the indulgent Truffle & Hen Egg Sando, and the Baked French Brie and Rosemary Fondue served with grissini.
