Last year also saw the launch of Le Carré, the Hotel’s new offsite catering service inspired by the French tradition of culinary excellence and capable of providing world-class catering for events and celebrations up to 7,000 people throughout Saudi Arabia. The year ahead will see even more food-and-beverage innovation on the menu with the Hotel’s launch of two new international dining concepts from New York and Paris.
