Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 19 November 2025<\/strong> \u2013 Kerten Hospitality, the global lifestyle operator known for creating community-centric destinations, is expanding its presence in the Kingdom with Cloud 7 Al Murjan Island Resort \u2013 Dammam<\/strong>, a bold new addition to Saudi Arabia\u2019s Eastern Province waterfront.<\/p>\n

Designed by Zuhair Fayez Partnership <\/strong>under the vision of Dr. Zuhair Hamed Fayez<\/strong>; one of Saudi Arabia\u2019s most influential architects who recently celebrated 50 years of shaping the Kingdom\u2019s architectural landscape<\/em>, the resort is part of a visionary, mixed-use development blending hospitality, leisure, entertainment, and wellness.<\/p>\n

Cloud 7 Al Murjan Island Resort \u2013 Dammam will feature 74 overwater chalets<\/strong>, introducing one of the region\u2019s most distinctive coastal hospitality concepts. The resort will also be home to Nyssa Beach<\/strong>, a ladies-only beach club offering a spa, wellness and fitness facilities, elegant salon services, and curated social and workspaces\u2014an inspiring destination designed to enrich and empower the women\u2019s community of Dammam.<\/p>\n
