Officially launching on Tuesday, 17th June, the new bowls are thoughtfully designed to balance bold flavours with nourishing ingredients, offering guests a fresh, satisfying escape for both lunch and dinner.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Each bowl reflects Bellini Caf\u00e9\u2019s ingredient-led philosophy, delivering fresh, uncomplicated dishes that spotlight premium grains, seasonal vegetables, and fresh proteins. Highlights include the Tuna Bowl, pairing farro with shaved fennel, Boston lettuce, avocado, and delicate slices of tuna finished with a bright lemon dressing, and the Curry Shrimp Bowl, combining Riso Venere with toasted almonds, green onions, and a fragrant curry sauce.
