Now, LPM’s Group Pastry Chef Benjamin Clement invites guests to relive those tender moments with a modern twist, reimagining this classic dessert with the seasonal allure of rhubarb. The creamy rice pudding, infused with fragrant vanilla pods, delicately intertwines with the tangy sweetness of rhubarb compote, offering a symphony of flavours that evoke the nostalgic memories of childhood and the love of maternal figures.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
