With over 20 years of international culinary experience across ultra-luxury hospitality in North America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, Victor brings a strong track record in culinary innovation, operational excellence, and team leadership. Recognized for delivering Forbes Five-Star standards and driving sustainability initiatives, he has built a reputation for elevating guest experiences while maintaining strong financial and operational performance.
Prior to joining Rosewood Jeddah, Victor held senior culinary roles across the Rosewood portfolio, including Executive Sous Chef positions at Rosewood Little Dix Bay and Rosewood Sand Hill in California. Throughout his career, he has led multicultural culinary brigades, overseen large-scale food and beverage operations, and contributed to pre-opening projects and high-profile dining concepts. His experience also includes collaborations with Michelin-starred chefs and appearances across international culinary media platforms.
Victor’s leadership approach focuses on mentorship, precision, and innovation, with a commitment to sustainable sourcing and culinary creativity. In his new role, he will work closely with the hotel’s culinary and leadership teams to enhance dining experiences, support menu innovation, and further strengthen Rosewood Jeddah’s reputation as a leading luxury culinary destination in the Kingdom.
