This acquisition will solidify United Pharmacy’s position as one of the leading providers of pharmaceutical services, as the company seeks to enhance its presence in Riyadh and expand access to high-quality healthcare products and services across the region.

This transaction remains subject to approval by the General Authority for Competition and the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
