INTRODUCING L’AMI DAVE; MANSARD RIYADH, A RADISSON COLLECTION HOTEL’S NEWEST FRENCH FINE DINING DESTINATION

Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel, in partnership with New York-based Major Food Group (MFG) is proud to announce the launch of L’ami Dave; the latest world-class dining destination from the group to grace the stunning hotel in Riyadh.

L’ami Dave is a new contemporary fine dining concept that pays homage to Paris’ timeless restaurants with a luxurious setting evoking old-world grandeur. Situated in the heart of the capital, the restaurant invites patrons to travel back in time to experience the opulence of 19th-century France.

The exceptional menu, conceived by MFG founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi, boasts a wealth of updated French classics executed at the very highest level. Signature starters like Escargots de Bourgogne, Carpaccio de Boeuf with Black Truffle, and a beautiful Salade Verte begin the meal. For Entrées, standouts include an exquisite Dover Sole, impeccable Steak Frites, a luxurious Cote de Boeuf, and a perfect Poulet Roti for two. Dessert, meanwhile, brings Ananas Tartin, Fruits de Saison, and an unforgettable table-side Chocolate Mousse.

The dining room is presided over by skilled captains dressed in classic black tie attire, immaculate white dinner jackets, and satin shawl collar lapels. The bartenders will convey equal flair, as they serve delicious juice-based mocktails such as The Parisian Lemonade with juniper, citrus fruits and cucumber; The Deja Vu, consisting of Watermelon and bitter orange; and an interpretation of a Grapefruit Aperitif, a sparkling beverage with notes of tarragon and lemon.
