Karolina Paliszewska appointed as the new Multi-Property General Manager at Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeriah Beach

Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeirah Beach is thrilled to announce Karolina Paliszewska as their General Manager.

A family favourite 4-star hotel situated in one of Dubai’s gems, Jumeirah Beach, the hotel offers comfort and accessibility to those wanting to be in the center of all happenings in the electrifying city while being a short walk away from the beach. With eateries such as the Australian cool, Jones the Grocer, an American hangout – Speakeasy, and the Brazilian Churassco, Foguiera – Delta Hotels Jumeriah Beach offers a diverse gastronomy scene that reflects the cosmopolitan city it resides in.

As the newly appointed Multi-Property General Manager, Karolina Paliszewska will oversee all operations and facilities at three key Marriott properties including Delta Hotels by Marriott Jumeriah Beach, Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, and Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai.

Karolina kickstarted her hospitality career over two decades ago at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel in Poland, assuming the role of Director of Events. She then moved on to becoming the Director of Restaurants at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel, where she effectively managed restaurants and spearheaded the pre-opening of additional restaurants.

Driven by her passion for food and beverage, Karolina then took on the role of Pre-Opening Director of Food and Beverage at the London Marriott West India Quay Hotel and Executive Apartments, where she successfully established and positioned the hotel’s restaurants on the buzzing map of Canary Wharf.

In 2010, Karolina made the move to the Middle East as the Director of Food and Beverage at the Sofitel Dubai Jumeirah Beach and moved back to her hometown to assume the position of Director of Rooms Operation at the Warsaw Marriott Hotel in 2016. In 2018, she made her way back to the UAE as the Hotel Manager at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City and would be signing off as the General Manager at Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection as she takes on her latest endeavor with the Marriott Group.
