Apparel Group Celebrates 54 Manager Program Graduates in Riyadh

This initiative aims to sharpen their business acumen, operational excellence, and people skills, ensuring a more adept and efficient workforce.

The program, which began earlier this month, reflects Apparel Group’s dedication to nurturing its employees and empowering them with the essential skills needed to excel in today’s competitive retail environment. The training journey is meticulously crafted to address key areas of development:

 Business Acumen: Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the business landscape, strategic thinking, and decision-making processes, equipping them with the knowledge to drive organisational success.
 Excellence in Operations: The program focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and adopting best practices to improve overall business performance.
 People Skills: Recognizing the importance of effective communication and leadership, the training will also cover essential people skills to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

The event celebrated the achievements of these 54 talented individuals, recognizing their commitment to personal and professional growth. The graduation of 43 AMP and 11 SMP participants demonstrates a significant step forward in Apparel Group’s mission to build a stronger, more capable workforce. The ceremony was attended by Dheeraj Kalwani, Operations Team, and HODs.
