From tantalising appetisers to hearty mains and indulgent desserts, the Porto Gina menu is a harmonious blend of simple, yet authentic Italian dishes infused with a modern twist. Signature delights await, featuring Burrata di Capri, Pizza Burrata e Tartufo Nero, Ravioli di Gamberi, Risotto alla Milanese, La Divina Cotoletta Milanese, and Tiramisù.

The beverage menu draws inspiration from nostalgic flavours, featuring highlights like the Spritz Veneziano, The Negroni Thymes, Limoncello, and Grappa. With a career spanning global kitchens, I now proudly lead the culinary journey at Porto Gina within InterContinental Abu Dhabi.
