To mark the 10th anniversary, the founder, Chef Jordi, introduced new and exciting additions to the menu, ensuring guests continue to enjoy the finest Spanish cuisine.
Among the newly curated dishes is the Goat Cheese with Tomato Jam, a divine thyme-infused goat cheese and tomato jam jar that will soon become a firm favourite on the menu. Two more additions are the Tartar de Atún y Aguacate a la Gaditana, raw tuna and avocado tartar tapas presented in traditional Spanish styleand the Vieiras a la Gallega con Alcaparras y Cecina, a dish of sumptuous, seared scallops on a fresh tomato and caper emulsion, offering guests tantalising new flavours to explore. To round off the experience, guests can indulge in Pastel de Queso’s, a heavenly burnt basque goat cheese cheesecake that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning of palates.
In honour of Salero’s 10th anniversary, the restaurant is pleased to introduce the “DINE & WIN” promotion throughout November. Guests dining at Salero have the chance to win a Sunday roast with a bottle of Cava for two. The brunch menu is specifically curated to include the best Tapas dishes off the A la carte menu. From AED 290 per person; select three tapas dishes, a main course, and a dessert from a tempting array of options. The exquisite dishes, live flamenco dancers and guitarist performances transform Salero into a true Spanish fiesta.
For a memorable Sunday, Salero has launched the Sunday Roast, perfect for families and groups looking for a delicious family-style feast. The succulent leg of lamb, expertly slow-cooked and infused with garlic and Mediterranean herbs, will transport diners to a Mediterranean paradise. Accompanied by lemon-infused roast potatoes and tender almond green beans, this feast is a true Sunday indulgence. Elevate the roast with a selection of wines expertly curated to complement the flavours of the rich lamb and Mediterranean flare. Prices start at AED 265 for two people.
