As truffle season is in full swing, prepare for an enticing culinary journey as Aspen Cafe Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates launches its highly anticipated Truffle Menu, available from Monday, November 13th. The exclusive menu features a selection of exquisite dishes crafted with the finest truffle ingredients, promising a memorable dining experience.

The expertly crafted menu offers a curated selection of remarkable dishes, each featuring one of the world’s finest ingredients – truffle. Feast on perfectly sliced beef carpaccio topped with truffle scorzone on a bed of Parmesan rocket salad, an irresistible blend of flavors and textures.

For a twist on traditional pizza, the menu offers a tempting Truffled Potato Pizza with Ricotta & Taleggio, a pizza that defies expectations, with a perfect fusion of truffle-infused potatoes, creamy ricotta, and rich taleggio cheese atop a perfectly baked pizza crust.

The truffle journey continues with Twenty Yolk Fettuccine Pasta infused with Truffle, topped with Caviar – a perfect blend of the two finest ingredients. The fettuccine pasta, enriched with the deep, earthy notes of truffle, meets the opulence of fresh caviar. Another exceptional pasta dish on the menu is the Wild Mushroom Tagliatelle Topped with Burrata and Black Truffle Pearls, where wild mushrooms and silky tagliatelle are crowned with creamy burrata and black truffle.

For something comforting this winter, try the Spiced White Truffle Meatballs on Creamy Black Truffle Polenta or the Truffle and Sage Stuffed Chicken Supreme with Asparagus Velouté and Truffled Pomme Puree. Two classically inspired dishes with a modern twist.
