Taiba participated in the 20th edition of the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) as a strategic partner. The summit was held from October 27–29, 2025, in Dubai and brought together an elite group of industry leaders and decision-makers from the hospitality, tourism, and investment sectors across the region and worldwide.
During the summit, Taiba showcased its new brand identity under the theme “The Charm of Welcome”, alongside its forward-looking strategy, which embodies the values of generosity, authenticity, and openness that define Saudi hospitality. This reflects the company’s vision to lead the future of hospitality in the Kingdom and strengthen its position as an integrated investment and operational powerhouse in the sector, contributing to the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and beyond.
Several of Taiba’s executive leaders participated in key panel discussions at the summit, covering multiple aspects of the future of the hospitality industry. The sessions focused on the importance of investing in human capital as a key driver of excellence, fostering global partnerships to support growth and attract investment, and anticipating future shifts in hospitality concepts and operating models that enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency in the sector.
Taiba’s participation in the summit also provided an opportunity to engage with hospitality professionals and investors from around the world, as well as senior hotel operators and technology companies in the sector, to exchange insights, share ideas, and explore the latest trends shaping the future of hospitality in the Kingdom and the wider region.
It is worth noting that Taiba’s portfolio currently includes more than 40 properties and 8,000 hotel keys in operation, alongside eight new projects under development expected to add approximately 2,500 keys. Notable projects include Makarem Burj Almadinah Hotel and Rixos Obhur Resort in Jeddah, which reflect the company’s commitment to innovation, quality, and operational excellence.
These achievements result from a deliberate investment approach adopted by Taiba to expand in the Kingdom’s key cities through its direct projects, demonstrating its commitment to developing the local hospitality sector, investing in national talent, and providing quality job opportunities that contribute to sustainable social and economic development.
