Homegrown Brands, Tres Marias and HERE-O Donuts Team up for Guilt-Free Desserts for Veganuary

Two powerhouse homegrown brands in the UAE are kicking off the New Year with scrumptious plant-based treats this Veganuary. Tres Marias and HERE-O Donuts are creating limited-edition vegan donuts, available from the 2^nd to the 31^st of January at select locations across Dubai.

Pioneering the specialty coffee industry in the region, Tres Marias is a local bean brand specializing in the production of innovative, environmentally conscious, and high-demand coffee sourced from beans from all over the world. Run by world-acclaimed coffee connoisseur and thriving entrepreneur, Maria Pavani, Tres Marias also recently launched the perfect partner for every cup of joe – plant-based milk deliciously curated without harming any moo, which comes in Soy, Almond, and Oat flavours that are gluten-free and lactose-free. Staying true to its commitment to sustainability, Tres Marias uses carbon dioxide neutral bags as well as biodegradable and compostable coffee capsules.

For Veganuary, Tres Marias has teamed up with HERE-O Donuts, another homegrown brand that puts a lot of love in their handmade donuts. Each HERE-O donut is baked fresh from scratch every day and delivered in their iconic vans with bespoke fridges or delivery bikes with insulated bags for optimum freshness. Made from sourdough, HERE-O’s donuts are airy, chewy and gut-friendly – and made even more delectable with glazes and fillings created from premium ingredients. HERE-O Donuts is also an eco-friendly business which has ensured that all their packaging does not contain plastic and can be recycled.

The collaboration is a perfect fit for these two homegrown brands which are both committed to driving sustainability in the region and giving vegans more options to indulge their sweet tooth in a healthier way.

These limited edition plant-based donuts are made with Tres Marias’ 100% vegan oat milk and HERE-O Donut’s homemade vegan sourdough, raspberry jam and mango icing topped with almond & walnut garnish. The donut is shaped into a star and comes in bright yellow and red – which represents Tres Marias’ iconic brand logo.
