THE LANGHAM, LONDON INVITES GUESTS TO STAY AND DO GOOD

Hotel reopens with pledge to give back to local communities

To mark its reopening on 17th May 2021, The Langham, London debuts a new initiative inviting guests to ‘Stay and Do Good’ by booking one of five new packages: Future, Empowerment, Care, Together and Heal.

The Langham, London has handpicked ten worthwhile charities dedicated to supporting local and national communities each inspired by the namesakes of the packages. Upon guests booking their preferred package, The Langham, London will donate £25 per room, per stay, or £100 per suite, per stay, divided equally between the two charities selected in each.

Selected charities include Blueprint for All, CoppaFeel!, CALM, London Wildlife Trust, James’ Place, Maggie’s, Plan Zheroes, Spread a Smile and Tommy’s.  These charities have been selected for their critical work to support, protect and empower our community.

The aim is that each guest will be able to identify a meaningful connection with one or more of the values honoured by the packages and can enjoy a stay in the heart of London and do good at the same time. 

Each of the packages will include an overnight stay for two, daily breakfast and a specially selected amenity of a box of chocolate truffles.  With its prominent location set in one of London’s grandest buildings on Regent Street, The Langham, London offers a choice of luxurious guest rooms and suites within walking distance of city’s most covetable sites and amenities.

The ‘Stay and Do Good’ mission follows The Langham, London’s 155th anniversary in June 2020 when the hotel embarked on a mission to give back to the everyday heroes in the local community.  As a thank you to those who kept the city moving. the hotel’s team donated 155 gift boxes including afternoon tea and a surprise overnight stay voucher to NHS teams, emergency services, Transport for London staff, taxi drivers and many other key workers.

At the end of each quarter, The Langham, London will donate the funds raised by the ‘Stay and Do Good’ initiative to the chosen charities and announce the running totals in their hotel newsletters.
