Market Kitchen at Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi is offering foodies a tasty way to celebrate the long National Day weekend, with each dish in the four-course menu inspired by a different flag colour.
Priced at just AED 250, the red starter features tuna ceviche, followed by a tabbouleh salad course representing green. The white main course is steamed hammour with the final black course a Cream of Tayn & Tawarikh.
All dishes are served with ingredients and sides that correspond with its assigned colour, with the menu available daily from 7pm – 11pm, until 6th December.
“While ensuring my dishes aligned with their assigned colour was important, taste is always precedent for me,” said Chef John. “My vision for the chromatic dinner was to create plates that visually excite, with the most enticing flavours in each course.”
