As a premier destination for Iftar and Suhoor, Café Bateel unveils a thoughtfully curated four-course set menu for AED 165 / SAR 175 per person that blends the richness of Mediterranean flavours with contemporary sophistication. Crafted to bring families and friends together, each dish is an exquisite celebration of tradition, authenticity and the finest ingredients.

The menu showcases premium, ethically sourced ingredients that highlight the essence of refined dining. Break your fast with Bateel’s organic Rhutab dates and refreshing Labneh Tamarind Shake, followed by Classic Lentil or Italian Bean soup. Continue with the signature Bateel Levant Plate, featuring Levantine favourites like baba ghanoush, muhammara, dukkah labneh, Talagani cheese and fresh pita bread. 

After savouring these delightful appetizers, guests can explore the rich and diverse options from the main courses. The Slow Braised Lamb with Levant-style Rice offers tender, slow-cooked lamb paired with fragrant, spice-infused rice.  The Greek Grilled Chicken made with premium corn-fed chicken sourced directly from France, offers a wholesome and flavourful option infused with Mediterranean herbs. Seafood lovers can indulge in the Scottish Salmon Quinoa, where the buttery texture of the finest sustainably sourced salmon is perfectly paired with nutrient-rich quinoa, creating a dish that is both luxurious and nourishing. For a vegetarian delight, the Roast Pumpkin Ravioli delivers a delectable balance of sweetness and savoury notes.

Designed to leave a lasting impression, the dessert selection showcases an artful blend of flavours and textures. The Pistachio & Rose Raspberry Panna Cotta is a masterpiece, infused with the delicate aroma of Madagascan vanilla, layered with Sicilian Bronte pistachio cream, and crowned with rose-marinated raspberries. A buttery pistachio shortbread adds the perfect crunch, elevating each bite into a sensory delight. For those who appreciate the timeless allure of dates, the Date Trilogy is an elegant homage to Bateel’s signature offering, presenting the organic fruit in three exquisite flavours that captivate the palate. 

Meanwhile, The Chocolate Date Fondant is a rich and decadent fusion, where velvety chocolate meets the natural sweetness of Bateel organic dates, culminating in a molten center that oozes indulgence. Rounding off this exquisite dessert selection is the Strawberry Cake—a light, luscious creation that offers a refreshing and elegant conclusion to the dining experience.

During the Holy Month, Café Bateel is also enhancing the Suhour experience with an interactive and engaging ambiance. Guests visiting the brand’s locations at Laysen Valley and Tahlia KSA will be treated to the soothing melodies of a modern Oud performance, creating a refined yet immersive atmosphere. Taking place every Friday from 10:30 PM to 2:30 AM, this initiative is designed to elevate the dining experience, offering guests a moment of cultural enrichment and relaxation as they gather to enjoy the finest Mediterranean flavours.
