Drawing inspiration from 22 iconic Paramount stars, each representing excellence and creativity, the culinary experts at The Stage Restaurant crafted and handpicked 22 signature dishes that celebrate Ramadan’s rich traditions while introducing innovative twists.  

Highlights include Hot Dolma from Iraq, symbolizing the warmth of hospitality; Lamb Tagine with Apricot from Algeria, blending sweet and savoury flavours that reflect deepened bonds; Shuwa from Oman, a slow-cooked masterpiece celebrating festive gatherings; Chicken Tagine from Morocco, infused with saffron and preserved lemons to mirror vibrant traditions; and Lamb Mansaf from Jordan, a dish embodying generosity and inclusivity. Each dish is a chapter in a flavourful story that bridges heritage and creativity.
