• Free Labor Charge for Out-of-warranty Devices: for out-of-warranty devices, including those with broken screens, HONOR will waive all labor fees for repairs conducted during the campaign period (material costs will be charged based on system quotations).
• Free Cleaning, Software Updates, and Maintenance: HONOR device users can enjoy complimentary cleaning, software upgrades, and maintenance to ensure their devices remain in top condition.
• Free Protector Application: HONOR customers visiting our Service Centers will receive free battery cover protector application during the campaign period.
• Exclusive Gifts for Magic Series Customers: customers completing repairs on Magic Series devices at designated HONOR Service Centers will receive a special appreciation gift, while stocks last.
• Free Delivery Service: if Magic Series devices cannot be repaired on the same day, HONOR will offer a free delivery service to return the repaired device to the customer’s location.
