The Jeddah EDITION Unveils Exclusive Summer Brunch and Tasting Menu for Jeddah Season at Maritime
The Jeddah EDITION, the city’s premier luxury hotel along the stunning Jeddah Corniche, is thrilled to announce two distinct culinary experiences at Maritime, the hotel’s renowned contemporary French-Asian restaurant. These seasonal offerings are designed to showcase the best of Maritime’s culinary artistry, providing guests with exceptional and diverse dining experiences.
The first new culinary experience, in celebration of Jeddah Season, is an exquisite tasting menu featuring the restaurant’s most popular dishes, curated by Chef Cédric Vongerichten. This menu features a harmonious blend of French elegance and Asian vibrancy, crafted with the finest local and international ingredients. Available daily for lunch and dinner, the tasting menu offers guests a sophisticated dining experience with innovative flavors and exquisite presentation.
Alongside the tasting menu is a newly launched Summer Brunch, available every Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM throughout the summer season. This brunch features a full buffet spread, replacing traditional shareable entrees with a diverse selection of dishes, allowing guests to explore the wide range of flavors available at Maritime. The Jeddah Season lunch tasting menu featuring three courses is priced at SAR 180 per person, inclusive of one water and one soft drink per person. For dinner, the menu is available at SAR 180 per person or SAR 280 per person inclusive of one water and one soft drink per guest. The Summer Brunch menu is priced at SAR 250 per person, and SAR 125 for kids.
