Six Senses Southern Dunes Appoints Taleb Alharbi as Resort Manager

Six Senses Southern Dunes, the first property set to open in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project, which will open its doors late 2023, is thrilled to announce the promotion of Taleb Alharbi as Resort Manager.

Taleb’s journey with Six Senses began in April 2022 when he joined as the Director of Rooms at Six Senses Southern Dunes. During his tenure, he showcased his exceptional skills and dedication, leading to his well-deserved promotion. Prior to joining the team, Taleb underwent a transformative experience at Six Senses Laamu in the Maldives, immersing himself in the resort’s intensive program.

Hailing from Saudi Arabia, Taleb embodies the core values and vision of Six Senses. With an extensive background in the global hospitality industry and diverse experiences in various cities and roles, he is well-equipped to succeed as the Resort Manager.

Taleb’s professional journey is remarkable, having started in a different field before venturing into hospitality with great passion. He was recognized as one of Saudi Arabia’s top local leaders in the hospitality sector, furthering his education with an Executive Master program in International Hotel Management from Les Roches Marbella, sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism.

Outside of work, Taleb cherishes his role as a husband and father to three beautiful daughters. While he appreciates the coastal city of Jeddah, his heart truly belongs to the desert, where he finds solace amidst the dunes. Taleb’s trusty Jeep Wrangler accompanies him on thrilling safari adventures as he explores the captivating deserts of the kingdom.
