From the vibrant streets of Istanbul to the world-class dining establishments of Dubai, Chef Soner Muran has built an impressive career marked by creativity, precision, and an unwavering commitment to culinary excellence. His journey began in 2014, and in just over a decade, he has risen through the ranks of prestigious hospitality brands such as Hyatt, Address Hotels and Resorts, and St. Regis Downtown Dubai.
Chef Soner’s most recent role as Head Chef at Colt Equestrian Restaurant saw him transition from a consultant to a driving force behind the kitchen’s success. There, he introduced a bold and modern interpretation of Turkish cuisine, which won accolades from guests and critics alike.
Now at the helm of Sur.Dubai’s culinary team, Chef Soner will lead the development of a new, Mediterranean-inspired menu that draws from the rich coastal traditions of Turkey’s Aegean and Mediterranean regions, skillfully blending them with contemporary techniques.
