At the international Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) + Hospitality Conference & Awards 2023 in Bangkok, the Hilton Munich Airport scored in two categories. Marcel Tauschek, Chef of the Michelin-starred Mountain Hub Gourmet restaurant, was awarded “Airport Hotel Chef of the Year”. The Hilton Hotel itself was honored as “Airport Hotel of the Year” in Europe.
